We were contacted John Lester Partnership to design them a new website. Three directors at the practice had taken over the company following the retirement of the original owner. The practice was founded in 1992 by John Lester, to provide a flexible and efficient range of modern professional construction cost and management services to a wide range of construction industry clients. The new management team wanted to create a new website that clearly showcased not only the services they offered but also their fantastic portfolio.
During our meeting with the client we discussed styles and colours and any specific features wanted. The client fed back to us and provided some inspiration as to what he liked and also didn’t like. The site developed was very modern and incorporated striking black and white imagery on all headers mixed with automated typing. The menu appeared on the left hand side rather than the top as the client was very keen on this option. On the home page each service was very easy to click through to and included a brief description of the offering. Below this some there was a section for featured projects (one for each industry they cover).
Other features were incorporated such as a Twitter feed, links and logos to showcase accreditations and memberships along with a mix of other pages you would expect to see on a website offering their services.
The Lutterworth company contacted us in the Summer of 2019 and the website went live in January 2020. We continue to look after the hosting and SSL requirements of the website and support any other technical and website design needs.
