Creation of an innovative , sustainable staff handbook

Back in the Summer of 2021, S.C.Agency were over the moon to land a fantastic new client called Bedfordia. Starting life as a family firm in the 1930’s, Bedfordia today operate in two main sectors – Agriculture and Property. With principles solidly set in being a sustainable and environmentally sound organisation whilst maintaining strong community and employee responsibilities this really resonated with the ethical values of our own business.

 

The marketing manager had identified a need in the company for an employee handbook – but not just any old handbook! Staff at Bedfordia are very important to the directors and they wanted to reflect this by handing out a beautiful, innovative, sustainable starter handbook to all new members of the team. From day one the new starter can embrace and understand the key messages of the company.

 

Here at S.C.Agency we love a challenging creative brief and we jumped onto the project with gusto! Producing several initial creative concepts before presenting back to the team for feedback. One particular concept was loved by Bedfordia from the start and over a couple of months this stunning visual piece of work took form. Understanding the values of the company meant we worked tirelessly to find the most carbon balanced and ethically responsible print out in the market place. Working to a specific deadline is never a problem and well within the timelines set the printed brochure was delivered direct to the happy client.
